We are currently seeking a Relationship Therapist to join our team. There is the opportunity to work from our Balmain East clinic and/or Online via Telehealth, offering flexibility to suit your schedule. Applications are open to Registered Psychologists, Clinical Psychologists, Psychotherapists, Counsellors, and Family Therapists, who are passionate about client-centred care.

There is no minimum number of hours or days per week to be considered for this role. We highly value and encourage a work-life balance, therefore work hours per week and start date will be negotiated depending on your availability. This can include a combination of weekdays, evenings and/or weekend work.

We also offer full time administrative support from our lovely front-desk team who take care of all intake processes. We ensure that your designated clients are the right fit for you, based on your strengths, knowledge and therapeutic style.

We are a private-billing practice whose focus is solely on providing effective therapy to our clients. We therefore do not bulk-bill, nor require you to complete assessments, court reports or work with third parties.

We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented, organised and experienced individual to fill a part-time Practice Management role in our psychology practice situated in Balmain East. The role will consist of 2-3 days per week with the view to move into a Full-Time Practice Management role in 2024 depending on the suitability of the candidate.

The role will require you to facilitate the day-to-day running of our clinic. This includes managing relationships with the Principal Psychologist and sub-contractors, daily account management, new client introductory calls, organizing and updating clinic procedures as needed, liaising with other administration staff, and overseeing the business management.

The day-to-day tasks involve general administrative duties, including taking phone calls, scheduling appointments, online diary management, and billing.

Essential Criteria:

– Minimum 2 years’ experience in practice management (psychology/medical clinic desired).

– Warm personality with person-facing, client-centred experience.

– Proficiency with technology (including Microsoft Office) and is a fast learner.

– Flexible with hours of work.

– Seeking a long-term work position.

Desirable Criteria:

– Experience in psychology and/or allied health services.

– Experience using practice management software, specifically Power Diary.

Full training on clinic procedures and policies is provided.

Experience using practice management software, specifically Power Diary.

Full training on clinic procedures and policies is provided.
