Therapist Realignment T&Cs
We believe that the therapist-client match is one of the most important elements of the therapeutic process. It allows clients to feel comfortable, safe and free to express themselves. While our clinic does take the time to align you with the most suitable therapist based on your needs, we understand that sometimes the fit may just not be right for you.
We have a variety of therapists available with whom we are happy to offer a complimentary session if you find the original therapist is not the right fit for you.
Terms & Conditions
– This offer is limited to one complimentary session per client/couple;
– This complimentary session must be redeemed as the initial session with an alternative therapist and must be used within 14 days of your original booking.
