Client Portal Use

The Client Portal provides an easy and accessible form of booking for clients to access at any time. Clients may select a therapist, an appointment time and secure their appointment time online via a $100 deposit. The Client Portal system uses STRIPE – a secure billing facility encoded within our booking system, Power Diary.

Terms & Conditions

  1. Credit card details provided at the time of booking will be stored to the client file and used to process payment on future bookings. This applies for both couples and individual sessions.
  2. When booking through the client portal, pre-payment of $100 will be taken at the time of booking via the nominated credit card.
  3. Pre-payment may be refunded if requested given 24 hours’ notice is provided in case of cancellation/rescheduling.
  4. The deposit is redeemable on the day of your appointment, or rescheduled appointment where adequate notice is given, and will be deducted from the total service cost.
  5. The nominated credit card provided at the time of booking will be securely stored on the client file and will be used for future payments. This includes any individual sessions within a couples’ treatment plan and cancellation fees in accordance with our Cancellation Policy.

Therapist Realignment

We believe that the therapist-client match is one of the most important elements of the therapeutic process. It allows clients to feel comfortable, safe and free to express themselves. While our clinic does take the time to align you with the most suitable therapist based on your needs, we understand that sometimes the fit may just not be right for you.

We have a variety of therapists available with whom we are happy to offer one complimentary session if you find the original therapist is not the right fit for you.

Terms & Conditions

  1. This offer is limited to one complimentary session per client/couple;
  2.  This complimentary session must be redeemed as the initial session with an alternative therapist at The Relationship Room and must be used within 14 days of your original booking.
